Adding a new non-linked page with a QR code to the interest form, for Splash/CS Splash this year, so that potential members don't need to use our devices (COVID safety), and can rather just get it from the QR Code

src/constants/routes.js - Added a new route to the Route Constants
src/assets/img/interest-form-qr.png - Added the QR Code PNG image
src/App.js - Integrated the new page with the navigation system
Testing
Both yarn build and yarn start ran smoothly, and the page displays properly.
