Updates for circular viewer support here. I added a -c flag to read the circular viewer svg file.
It currently does not render properly; the internal size on the SVG is 3000x3000 which is the default circos render size that looks good. Seems we should be able to scale the SVG to fit, but changing the CSS as you did for the other SVG inclusions didn't seem to work. I leave it to you to make right.
I have added example data for the mycoplasma assembly that I've been testing with. It includes myco.ss-colors which is the subsystem color map that is used to draw the circos plot. It's the one that should be used if present to define the subsystem diagram colors.
