This Library Is Now In Maintence Mode #600

From here on, I'm going to be putting rend3 in maintenance mode. I will fix a few issues (notably #581 and #546) over the next few weeks but after that I won't be contributing to rend3 anymore. If people want new features or would like to take over maintenance of the library, I encourage forking and continuing development there.

For a year or two now, I have been very hard pressed to find time to work on rend3. This was a passion project that I started in college when I had so much more time than I do now, and trying to force myself to work on this library, despite a lack of passion and time, is really not good for my mental health.

I do think rend3 has a place in the world and someone with a lot more time and energy could make a library like this great, but I am not the person for this.

I have no direct alternatives, there are things like https://github.com/aclysma/rafx, though that isn't amazingly maintained either. If there are other options, I do encourage listing them here, as well as any forks of rend3.

It's been a good ride and I thank everyone for the support over the years. I don't know what's next for me outside of wgpu, but I will still be around.
