Issue checklist

Need a clarification please respond any one knows, is opencv 4 is compatible for caffe because i am building the caffe with opencv4 for arm let me know the compatibility , bcoz i am struggling with undefined imread:CV_LOAD_IMAGE_COLOUR

This is a known issue and can be fixed by applying pull request #6625
