Describe the Bug

From SPINZ on discord: Mod sounds previously showed in the volume list, however they no longer do.

Steps to Reproduce

Play with Sound Controller and another mod such as Charmonium or Presence Footsteps. Their volumes should appear in the volume list, but do not.

Expected Behavior

All the sounds!

I suspect this is an issue due to Presence Footsteps and Charmonium registering their sounds somewhere other than the MC SOUND_EVENTS registry. Upon testing, other mods with new sounds still appear in the volume control list. I tested a similar mod OmegaMute, and they were similarly unable to find sounds from those two specific mods.
