[Bug]: lightning_bolt.thunder does not change the volume #14

Describe the Bug

On behalf of Karakatta (discord):

When entity.lightning_bolt.thunder is adjusted, it does not modify the volume of the sound. It is definitely the correct slider though, because sliding to 0 or muting it works.
