The refresh button has been fixed on our end but not yet pushed to steam. The render target for the Inventory is a more long term issue I will need to investigate again. It's impossible to fix by testing in Unreal and must be tested in steam multiplayer to be solved.
1) When joining a hosted game, each time you hit the 'refresh' a new instance of a hosted game appears.
2) When two players are playing at the same time one sees the other's avatar in the inventory window. ((Moving around, items carried, etc.)) A static picture won't help so I didn't paste one.
