After I loaded a save file, all the buildings lose their collision but remain visually there. Interactable buildings still seem to remain fully functional (such as the kiln, with which you can still craft charcoal). Another thing that should be noted is that the base of the building is there, and in some cases (for example the simple manor house) can be collided with. Basically when loading a save file the game gets all the buildings and removes their collisions while keeping their function. While the base can be collided with, it's totally functionless otherwise.
