/professor command

it's pull reqeust time!!!

Features:

• Organizes the folder structure of the discord bot. This allows for easier creation and deployment of slash commands.
• The LLM pipeline for the /professor command is implemented. From my limited testing, it properly adds a new professor's information to the database and then creates a resposne that can be printed out to the user on dsicord itself.

TODOs:

• make the output for the slash command a bit prettier. right now it's an embed and it looks like doodoo 😭
• The bot need's to be properly tested with some testing framework.

I may or may not have missed some things, but I think this should be all of the tasks for the /professor slash command.
