Improved on Ivan's Changes, added carousal template, and did some minor tweaks to tailwind config to ensure compoents work as intended.

i don't believe the effect on meet the cabinent members is needed. also, i get a large black space inbetween the meet and a review section - it doesnt look intentional additionally, scrrolling on the review section ends when it's in focus - is this intentional?
