Project Carousel #33

thoughts on what we can improve

Needs

images need to be scrollable (horizontally)
- my first instinct was to scroll horizontally on the images since they were cut off
Project names need to be smaller (too bold rn)
Title needs to be centered vertically & larger
Add title to carousel "Last Cohort's Projects!"
Show latest cohort projects instead of all projects

Wants

Remove drag on desktop (not intuitive)
Highlight "current"/selected project
Redirect onclick to project page of project
Center images that don't fit the aspect ratio (looking at Don't Be Alarmed aligned to left)
