Revised Feat/api

Overview:

• Removed React/vite interface

• Added api directory which uses node + express to fetch from the leetcode api

• To start the server and fetch from it simply run npm start

• once done go to the URL it is being served on which should be this

  • if error: make sure you have run npm start to start the server

• the routes currently implemented are

user data user solved user submissions

Resolve merge conflicts so we can merge

Going to drop the PR, too many conflicts due to package-lock.json that--if messed up--could lead to loads of problems down the line. I'm going to just pull in main and then move my code there. will also help with adhering to the structure that has already been set up. I will test over my code before merging to main but it should nonetheless work as well, so a PR won't open again and we will also be migrating to a new repo so it's best to just get the code we will move ready.
