Arabic (ara) Lookup Not Working #737

Arabic lookup worked before by going to Glosbe or to Google translate. It no longer works. The solution to this problem should be pursued in conjunction with #714. This means that until we have Syrian and Egyptian working, Y-Lex should default to ara on lookup rather than apc or arz until we get those working.

This works on the Beta Site but not on the Production.
