This PR provides multiple changes to the API for the paper At the high-level it adds more complete API methods and results. Additionally, includes udpates to documentation for API requests and setup of the API.

add /analysis-assim endpoint to service
updates /geometry endpoint for service
updates response formats to be read correctly from client side (e.g. client asks for CSV and is returned MIME type text/csv)
updates service auto-generated /docs page so that it has info about API service and method doc strings
