Add some text in the modal box for help #5

in that modal help box, include some explanation of this app and its purpose, and then give an external link to the github help pages for greater detail.

probably the github for this app should have detailed infor about the app, how to use it, etc. All that help should be on github... so just need a couple of sentneces in the help modal box and then a link to the github project.
