Running Oxford ctf files #11

findgrains.m seems to have disappeared, so when you try and run ctf files (with no grain file), the program crashes.

That is strange, the file is still here in the GitHub repository. Try deleting and freshly cloning OpenXY and see if that works. If it doesn't, could you post the error message here on GitHub, and I'll take a look at what is happening.
