Add more keyboard shortcuts for video like on youtube #55

There are several users that have suggested that we add keyboard shortcuts to skip through videos. Users have specifically mentioned that since this makes watching videos on youtube easy, they sometime choose to watch the video on youtube instead.

Here is a list of what youtube is currently using.

It's likely that only a few of these apply, but users seem to be mostly interested in the ones for skipping forward or backward through a video (arrow keys and wasd). The period and comma keys for skipping forward or backward one frame would also be useful when creating subtitles etc.

Closed considering this was a request from one particular user and the current shortcuts we have basically do the same things. We should make sure that we include our own keyboard shortcuts in our help documentation.
