latest simphony working with sipann #65

Hi!

How can we get the latest version of simphony working with SiPANN?

Also, i still have some issues trying to get gdsfactory work with the latest simphony https://github.com/gdsfactory/gdsfactory/tree/simphony_latest See issue when running
