New PR with new feature: Layout Aware Monte Carlo runs for yield estimation.

Added:

A new Die module specifically for layout aware MC runs. This module adds layout design capabilities to Simphony
- Ability to connect and route components and waveguides automatically
- Ability to visualize layouts
SiEPIC library components now hold positions of each pin in a dictionary
New layout_aware_simulations() method in the Simulation class for easy and simple layout aware Monte Carlo runs
Added tests and tutorials
Added phidl dependency
