Final version of the layout-aware code.

Added:

Optional gdsfactory component attributes to Simphony components for easy layout generation
layout_aware_simulation function under Simulation class, with support for layout generated through gdsfactory, or netlist co-ordinates
Examples and tutorials for layout_aware simulations

Modified:

Some tests
Fixed typo in intro tutorial (Fixes https://github.com/BYUCamachoLab/simphony/issues/58)
