If data file not found, look for it in the workspace #2

BaM interpret the path to data files as absolute. In cases where they are not found, try interpreting them as relative to the workspace before triggering an error: this will add flexibility.

Fixed in commit 82c14afb9018bbd868747e0f715cb877978b4005. @IvanHeriver, this is an old request dating back from BaMit if I remember correctly, and the fix will allow in particular to write data file names only, as opposed to full paths, as long as they are in the workspace. Applies to both calibration data and X spaghettis in predictions.
