Support to handle other units such as imperial units #28

for instance: Q vs. h or h vs. Q in figures; Manning or Strickler; Imperial or SI units; etc.

Note that some of these issues may just disappear with the use of BaM (which is not aware of any unit), the implementation of user-defined flexible figures, etc.

Q vs h / h vs Q is now implemented in BaRatinaGE v3.

Note that the Manning/Strickler issue is also discussed in Issue #42

Since, strickler/manning related feature are discussed in #42 and that Q/h axis swap option is implemented in v3, only the unit feature (SI vs imperial) remains. If it is the case, renaming it is needed. Otherwise, it needs to be clarified.
