Prevent entering wrong parameter/uncertainty values

In the prior specification, it would be safer to prevent entering:

• negative values (including zero) for uncertainties

• negative values (including zero) for

  • all physical parameters except activation stages k
  • a and c in the k-a-c mode

This would prevent getting into error messages that are not fully explicit, when running BaM.
