Importing a v2.x project with incomplete configuration makes the import fails.
The following problematic cases have been tested :
0 control hydraulic configuration (not an option in v3)
no gauging files imported
no stage grid specified for prior RC
no prior RC computed
no stage grid specified for posterior RC
no posterior RC computed
no limnigraph imported
hydrograph with no limnigraph specified
Given this long list, this issue likely affects many v2.x projects.
I'm not sure how all these situations should be handled. A user might want to keep "invalid"/incomplete component within his/her project for many reasons...
