Hotfix/update transcode colab #34

  1. 修复 apt 安装 libavxxx-dev 可能失败的问题；
  2. 修复 colab 子进程执行 shell 导致的 cd 命令失效问题；
  3. 调整图片 demo 中黑帧检测阈值，96->100；
