Unity2021.1.9

First i got an error with "Newtonsoft.Jsondll", and i delete this the error disappear but the toolbar is not imported.

i try to remove the version controll from packageManager, and there is no error with "Newtonsoft.Jsondll", but the toolbar is still not there.

Change to Unity 2020 fix this..
