In the latest - v23230731.2 - build, the console log window for 3dsMax has an incorrect styling format which forces the size of the window to be small enough not to render when the exporter window launches in default size. Scaling the exporter window to a larger size will bring back the console log window, but in a very small proportion to the overall window size. This repros with every export, so no specific file or setup is required.
