Fixes following recently introduced issues:

wrong UTF8-BOM encoding causes 3ds Max 2025 babylon menu creation script to fail
3ds Max binary UiViewmodel.dll is copied to output folder (#1125)

Also includes fixes for the following, longstanding issues:

Just did a quick test of the installer and 3ds Max 2025 and everything seems to work as expected Thanks a lot !
