Show Instructors block #12

A block where the scout instructors are shown should be made, which actualizes automatically with a database change.

Best way would be a show people of group block. (we have seperate groups for stufenleiter and normal leiter, seperate groups for every level (wolfsstufenleiter and pfadistufenleiter), like this it would be possible. The question is: what data do we want to show, where do we get it from and should we integrate it into https://github.com/BacLuc/bacluc_person_package or make a seperate package.
