Among the other improvements, this fixes a bug with .hdr file having a TRANS line instead of TRANSFORM. It also allows to use double-precision grids.

Also, moves NLLGrid to nllgrid subdir.

Finally, adds as install requirement pyproj.

Since this has yet to be merged, I updated NLLGrid to v1.0 (just released today).
