Heavy Scouts never eject mini-ACs when destroyed #17

Reported by Tigereye on 5 Jan 2010 09:29 UTC Normally, killing an enemy ship will cause tech, fuel, and ammo to be ejected.

It's been reported that rixian heavy scouts have NEVER ejected a mini-ac after being destroyed.

I'm pretty sure I stole a mini-AC from Terran the other day.
