#autobalance does not update Game Settings screen #4

  1. Start a game.
  2. The GC uses #autobalance.
  3. Game Settings retains the old value.
  4. Game ends.
  5. Next game starts with old value.

I don't know if the bug is clientside or serverside, to be honest.
