Consolidate questions #100

This is more of a proposal. Can we consolidate questions which are common across templates and put them into one extensible object that we will load and extend in the templates' bbscaf.js? This way we can apply common validation, sanitation and filtering for properties like: name, tags, etc.

I like the idea of this, but it should still be possible to overwrite the (then) default questions with a custom bbscaff.js.

At our project we're using a custom widget template that might require additional questions or default questions
