BEFOUND-1451: removing ssdk reactive dependency

Description

Since service-sdk-starter-reactive will be removed soon therefore we added a new pom which has all the dependencies and profiles that service-sdk-starter-reactive has. It has minimum changes and less risk for the stream-services.
