Should we add rubymine settings to the main Repo, or here? #3

right now the .idea folder is .git-ignore-ed in the main repo

How about a dotfiles repo?

better to have a common clone to set up, and keep .idea gitignored

I'd prefer to see dotfiles versioned so if they change a dev's copy can be updated with git pull. I'd prefer they not live in the guides repo though since dotfiles are code (that runs) and guides is more of a human readable document
