Deprecate KAPPA edges and use OVERLAP edges instead #35

We don't want to use KAPPA edges, but rather OVERLAP edges.

What needs to be done before merge to make this work on the server (but also locally):

install new version of DB (which has OVERLAP edges), found here: https://dilmurat-project.youtrack.cloud/issue/NN-260/Integrate-new-Graph-DB

Cons:

Takes more time (see: https://dilmurat-project.youtrack.cloud/issue/NN-270/Use-OVERLAP-instead-of-KAPPA-edges)
