Tour updated, transition step from Data Acquisition to GraphClust added. @mmiladi If something more is needed, let me know)

Thanks @eteriSokhoyan that was a good start, nevertheless not complete yet. After asking the user to open preprocessing tool everything goes well, until the next tool. The missing info before describing each tool is: Properly specify the tool-name and ask the user to open the tool. FOr example in step "Creating a graph from FASTA" it is never mentioned the tool to do it is named fasta_to_gspan under GraphClust section
