Upgrade to 17.09 fails #54

Pinning Docker file to 17.07 causes the test/build to fail. Probably due to the developments in docker-galaxy-stable scripts for handling the authentication and/or installing the tools..

Disabling setup-data-library python script made the travis test pass: Commit : https://github.com/BackofenLab/docker-galaxy-graphclust/commit/3bfdab8eb14631fbb5dad1d683e5787e9bebf585

Error because of upgrade fixed with https://github.com/BackofenLab/docker-galaxy-graphclust/pull/55 So now 17.09 is failing in the same point as 17.05, So I reopen the other one.
