Some problems about using GraphProt2 #6

After installed, I have done some test runs inside the GraphProt2 folder. I can complete the first two commands successfully. However, I meet some problems about the rest of the commands. image

Hi, we stopped developing GraphProt2 some time ago, mainly because the performance was not better than the ones we achieved with other existing solutions. Feel free to use our follow-up tool for RBP binding site prediction RNAProt, it has also been published in GigaScience (see its README for full details). It's also easier to install (it has a Conda package, which works with and without GPU). If you have more questions, feel free to open up an issue in the RNAProt repo. Best, Michael
