No pypcap binaries for python 3.0

There is no pycapc windows binaries for python 3.0

I tried to compile it myself : look like winpcap sources are needed
I tried to compile winpcap myself : look like Windows "driver SDK" is needed
For what I remember, "driver SDK" is not free, and I not willing to use it
illegally nor buy it.

(same as Issue 11, but different issue because python 2.6 probably only
need just a new compilation/packaging, while python may require some changes)

I'm having the same problem. I'm trying to compile pycap for python 3.0.

Try:

winpcap development is free. 
http://www.winpcap.org/install/bin/WpdPack_4_0_2.zip

1) Download MinGW32. Install to c:\wingw32
2) path=%path%;c:\wingw32\bin
3) Download winpcap development pack from above. Unzip to c:\WpdPack
4) From pypcap-1.1 directory. 
   > python .\setup.py --with-pcap="C:\WpdPack"
   > python .\setup.py build -cmingw32
   > python .\setup.py install

I managed to make a python 3 compatible version.
Tested on windows XP with visual studio 2008, cython instead of pyrex and 
python 3.2. Works on all the test case in test.py

steps, after  the order "python .\setup.py --with-pcap="C:\WpdPack"" then find 
dos tips  " error: option --with-pcap not recognized",please help me !my email
