GC pad / Nunchuk conflict #35

When a GameCube pad is plugged into any port, the Nunchuk joystick does not
function.

The game only ignores the wiimote/nunchuk if there's activity on the gc analog 
controls. Maybe your GC pad is old/ont centered/etc? Maybe I have to adjust the 
dead zone to make the switching less sensible.
