Config Manager Tool Request: dnsListAuditLogs #346

This tool would list the audit log id and the date and time that it was 
created.  This would be useful when checking which audit log to recover or to 
push files out to a server.  When recovering, it could allow to check between, 
before, or after dates to help in deciding which audit log to use.

I have a script started for this, but it is designed for personal use at the 
moment.
