duplicate records allowed for 'any' and other view. #350

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a record under 'any' view
2. Create the same record under another view
3. Record is created
4. Steps 1 and 2 can be reversed with same result

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  A duplicate record error should occur and the record should not be generated.
