Roster Server outputs error #362

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the Roster Server
2. Run a User Tool

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
  An error statement appears in the terminal window that started the Roster Server - '[Errno 107] Transport endpoint is not connected'.  This will appear one or multiple times whenever a User Tool is executed.
