support for WiMAX WU251

is there a possibility to add driver support for Mobile WiMAX WU251 modem?

I've tried plugging in the modem into latest firmware, but it only recognizes 
the usb device and no network negotiation is happening.

None of us has this modem for experiments. So, it will be heavily depends from 
you.

Which drivers for Linux it requires?

We can't tell anything until either someone provide comprehensive information 
(there is no WU251 linux driver at yota.ru, probably OEM device?) or make 
hardware donation.
