RT-N16 + Logitech QuickCam ® Pro 4000 (V-UT16) problems

Problems with webcam Logitech QuickCam ® Pro 4000 (V-UT16)
Do not see the camera.
Was the router WL-500GP with firmware RT-N-1.9.2.7-rtn-r4051 (2012-04-02) 
camera work. Unfortunately the router is dead.
Transferred to the RT-H16, firmware RT-N-1.9.2.7-rtn-r4330 (2012-06-12)
In the log says:
Jun 24 20:42:05 kernel: usb 2-1: USB disconnect, address 3

Can't reproduce the problem with UVC-compatible webcam & r4330.
Probably, you are loaded settings from WL-500GP into RT-N16. It is wrong.

Anyway, you can flash old r4051 into RT-N16

Settings from your old router I have not downloaded.
Set up a new router from scratch.
I tried to roll back the firmware, same result.
Unfortunately I can not check on WL-500GP.

Seems to be you omit some urgent info - your webcam are not UVC compatible  & 
requires additional drivers.

None of us has this webcam, so you have to:

1) look at wl500g.info forum
2) google
3) ask person, who installed this webcam on WL-500GP for you
