uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit video URB (-27).

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connecting a usb web camera logitech c-270
2. Image Format: MJPEG (any of the settings)
3. Router in access point mode
4. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
after 2-3 days the correct operation of the camera ceases to broadcast the 
video. In the error logs: Jan 11 07:13:25 kernel: uvcvideo: Failed to resubmit 
video URB (-27).

What version of the product are you using?
RT-N10U-1.9.2.7-rtn-r4772.trx 

Please provide any additional information below.

Helps to solve the problem: reboot the router or turn off, and the subsequent 
inclusion in the usb web camera

It is a kernel internal problem, probably should be solved after r4818
