Attached a scuffed MS paint image which shows what I have in mind, Sunder/TC/Demo are shown by any warriors that apply it while Rend is only shown if it's mine. Don't know how feasible it would be to add this in for nameplates, got the idea from Grid2 raid frames which has a similarish feature.
