I do not really remember if that's how it should be or not. I need to check. I know that you can move the frame level of auras, but not of combo points. There is no option for that.

Nah it should be above the name. On monk and rogue, the combo points are above the name and look quite nice. I couldn’t find a way to move it either. I’ll attach an image when I get home.

Also, just wanted to note, big fan of the addon and appreciate your work, as do many others I’m sure.
