[Request(s)] Warbanner/Observer + Arena Number

Hello!

Requesting the option to anchor the arena number (with/without the orb) to the name of the player in arena. This way you don't have to manually place it. It'll look like '1 - Name' or something.

Also, requesting that War Banner, Observer, Fel Obelisk, and Psy Fiend be added to the totems list. At least War Banner if possible. Can't get it to show up in game with only enemies/totems enabled.
